We keep the founding pilot simple: a fixed service fee to get the idea to a decision-ready launch state. Factory, sample, freight, certification and inventory are separate third-party costs and are never ordered without approval.

Creator/management keep their existing brands, names, content and IP. MAKE IT REAL takes no equity in the founding pilot.
The founding pilot is fee-based: no automatic revenue share to MAKE IT REAL. If a future managed-commerce model becomes relevant it is agreed separately before launch.
No inventory investment is required to start the sprint. Sample, tooling, certification or production may mean external costs later — always after a concrete quote and approval.
We route toward specialist suppliers based on the product. MOQ, lead time, margin and preorder/on-demand options vary and are verified before commitment.
