MAKE IT REAL is operated by Nytto Labs in Sweden. We only collect what the service needs.
When you order a campaign, we keep the web address and email you give, with the time and language. We use them to make the campaign, contact you and send the payment link. We fetch the public page you give us, nothing else from your site. The order is stored with our hosting provider Vercel and may be emailed to us through the email service Resend. Pictures and copy are made with the help of AI services, which receive the page's content and pictures but not your email. We delete the order when it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to.
When you buy a physical print, payment and checkout details are processed by Stripe. Delivery details needed for the order are sent to our print partner Prodigi. Prodigi receives the print file needed to make and ship the order.
For Founding Sprint and Launch Partner, Stripe also collects a creator or brand name, product idea and optionally an approximate audience size. We use that and the checkout email to review the idea, contact you and do the agreed work.
We count visits to the pages with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and keeps nothing that identifies you, only anonymous page views such as which page, country, device and where the visit came from.

The free studio
Product text, your own photos, edited copy and saved studio projects are stored in your browser on this device. Studio layouts and file exports are created locally. Your audio files are used only during the open session and are not stored in the project. When you choose to import a web link, our server reads the public page and its sharing image. No paid AI models run in the free studio. Downloaded packs and project.json contain your product text, photo and any source address; anyone you share them with can read them. You can delete projects on the device or move them through export and import.
Customer research and your pipeline
Customer research reads public Hacker News search results and the company websites you submit. Search terms are sent to Hacker News search (Algolia), and supplied sites receive a read request. Results may be cached in memory for five minutes; company URLs are not included in that shared cache. Saved opportunities, public contact details, drafts, notes and stages stay in this browser. We do not send contact messages or connect your inbox. You can export a backup or remove individual entries.
